Industry Training Program

One of the broad CRC CARE goals is capacity building by the provision of short courses and workshops to industry professionals.

The specific goal is to enhance environment industry professionals’ knowledge and awareness of new concepts and technologies in contamination assessment, remediation and prevention. Success in achievement of this goal will be through the numbers of industry professionals trained through CRC CARE in the rapidly growing fields of contamination risk assessment and remediation.

CRC CARE aims to provide through its workshops and short courses:

  • A best practice educational program that enables environment industry professionals to be exposed to the most advanced assessment, prevention and remediation techniques
  • An enhanced skill base within Australia
  • Extensive public awareness and education around enviro-technologies and applications.

The CRC's program is designed to meet industry needs for information on a wide variety of issues in environmental remediation and contamination assessment. These events are often organized in conjunction with other peak bodies in the Environmental Remediation industry.

People seeking information on the workshop program should contact the Education Manager, Mr Andrew Beveridge Email: Andrew.Beveridge@crccare.com

Requests and suggestions for the development of workshops on specific topics are also welcomed.
