Project Summary
The aim of this project is to collect and present descriptions
of key elements of site contamination law and policy in Europe (the
EU and also specific countries) and North America, with a focus on
jurisdictions that have developed innovative or advanced approaches
to contaminated site regulation.
The project will also assess the extent to which, and means by
which, uniform or consistent approaches have been developed in
other Federal constitutional systems.
