This subprogram will develop advanced ways to re-use
agricultural wastes and byproducts. It covers:
- systematic evaluation of the location, generation, composition,
use and potential value of waste materials
- treatment methods that will realise its full value and provide
acceptable uses, and
- laboratory tests, pilot and field demonstrations of selected
wastes and processes.
