To create a forum for private and public organisations to consider and address macro issues that impede the efficient and effective remediation of contamination, facilitate communication across the industry and provide strategic direction for the sustainable growth of the remediation industry.

Objectives

The objectives of ARIC are to facilitate the development of the industry by:

• Improving access to information to facilitate more effective utilisation of new and existing technologies and services.
• Facilitating business development through improved systems of networking such as industry clusters.
• Providing a forum for private and public sector organisations to consider and address macro issues that impede the efficient and effective prevention, assessment and remediation of contamination in the environment.
• Promoting the technical excellence of the industry, the important roles of various industry players, educational strengths and the industry views on important macro issues.
